Roles of the machining operator:
At R&G Metal Shaping our machining operators carry out tasks related to the production of parts with CNC machines.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve problems that arise in the course of your work.
- Comply with the established safety and hygiene regulations.
- Build the products following the Work Orders.
- Take care of the order and cleanliness of your workplace.
- Take care of your machine, your installation and your measuring instruments.
- Carry out self-control of its operations.
- Follow the preventive maintenance plans designed in the short, medium and long term.
- Perform maintenance and repair of machines, equipment and facilities.
- Comply with internal environmental management regulations.

Training and experience required:
- FPII/Higher Level Training Cycle.
- Knowledge of technical drawing.
- Knowledge of mechanics, security, technology, CNC programming.

- Minimum demonstrable experience 3 years.
