In keeping with World Environment Education Day and International Clean Energy Day on January 26, we at R&G Metal Shaping are proud to share how we have integrated sustainable practices into the heart of our production, committing to a greener and more responsible future. For this reason, at R&G Metal Shaping we believe that sustainability is more than a buzzword: it is a responsibility and a commitment to the future of our planet. In this post, we would like to share how we integrate sustainable practices into our production and how we are continuously working to reduce our environmental footprint.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

At the core of our industry, metal, we pursue responsible management. By prioritizing the reuse and recycling of metals, we not only conserve valuable resources, but also reduce the energy and water used in the extraction and processing of new materials. We partner with suppliers committed to sustainable practices to ensure that the materials we use are responsibly sourced and comply with environmental regulations.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We have made significant investments in technologies and state-of-the-art machinery<\/a><\/span>. Beyond improving the accuracy and quality of our products, these investments have a particular focus on energy efficiency. This means less waste, lower energy consumption and, ultimately, a reduced carbon footprint. In an ongoing effort to minimize our environmental impact, we are adopting practices that merge operational excellence with ecological responsibility.<\/p>

In addition, we have a commitment with the origin of our energy, that is why we are working on the implementation of solar panels, currently 40% of our energy comes from these.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The implementation of advanced manufacturing techniques not only maximizes material utilization, but also significantly reduces waste. Additionally, all of our waste undergoes a rigorous separation and recycling process, actively contributing to a circular economy.<\/p>

Reinforcing this commitment to the Quality Standard ISO 14001:2015.<\/a><\/span> This is a seal of guarantee that proves that every solution we offer, from laser cutting to metal bending, is designed with the environment in mind. We implement sustainable practices, reducing waste and promoting the efficient use of resources.
