- We are certificates under the standards EN1090-1, EN1090-2, EN1090-3, ISO 3834 by the TÜV Rheinland certifier. This allows us to certify our mechanically-welded equipment with the CE brand.

We have highly trained welders to weld a wide variety of metals, from carbon steel to stainless steel and aluminum, using different manual techniques, such as arc welding, TIG welding, and MIG and MMA welding.
Robot welding is an automated welding technique that uses programmed robots to weld metal parts with high precision and speed. At R&G Metal Shaping, we use state-of-the-art welding robots, specifically a FANUC robot with a 1,200 mm rotary table equipped with MIG welding equipment, which allows us to guarantee quality and consistency in welding large numbers of parts.
Laser welding is a non-contact welding technique that uses a laser beam to join metal parts. At R&G Metal Shaping, we work with a 1.5 KW hand-held fibre laser. We use laser welding for projects that require high precision and high-quality welding, such as welding small or complex parts. This technique is also ideal for projects that require a clean, non-marking weld, as the process does not produce distortions or burrs.
