The Management of R&G Metal Shaping, SL industrial sheet metal works (metal forming) in carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminium, expresses its commitment to the Quality and Environmental System implemented in the organisation. This system is based on the following values of our organisation:

For this reason and in order to maintain and continuously improve our Quality and Environmental System, based on the ISO 9001, EN 9100 and ISO 14001 standards, the Management of R&G Metal Shaping, S.L. and its employees are committed to:

  • Achieve a product with high final quality, safe and that meets the requirements and expectations of our customers, as a result of planned and systematic actions of prevention, detection, correction and continuous improvement throughout the cycle of provision of our service, paying special attention to meeting delivery deadlines.
  • To ensure the prevention of factors that may have an impact on product safety, including human factors, and to promote ethical behaviour.
  • Protect the environment, prevent pollution, reduce waste, control the consumption of natural resources and any other aspect over which we have control.
  • Make each area of the company consider itself as a supplier and customer of other areas of the company, as quality is a common task for all of them. Each employee of the company is responsible for the quality of his or her work.
  • Comply with all the legal and regulatory requirements that apply to us.
  • Establish Quality and Environmental Objectives periodically, planning the actions, persons responsible, deadlines and resources for their achievement, and carry out adequate monitoring towards their attainment.
  • Identify those risks associated with our processes, activities and environment, both internal and external, in order to take the necessary actions to address them, and thus prevent undesirable effects and increase desirable ones.
  • Management ensures that this Quality and Environmental Policy is understood and applied by all R&G Metal Shaping, S.L. personnel through awareness and training talks and meetings, and that it is available to the relevant interested parties.
