Last week, R&G Metal Shaping had the honor of being invited to visit Amada factories in Japan, including the renowned Fujinomiya Plant and the Beloved ForumThis experience allowed us to learn first-hand about the latest innovations and technologies applied to metal processing, reaffirming our commitment to offering the best to our customers.
During our visit to the Fujinomiya Plant, we had the opportunity to closely observe the manufacturing processes of Amada machinery. This complex is a world reference in the production of equipment laser cutting, CNC folding and welding technologies, and is at the forefront in terms of precision and automation. Seeing the level of detail and quality with which these machines are built was an enriching experience for our entire technical team.
In it Beloved Forum, we witnessed the most advanced solutions for the metal forming industry. This demonstration center, which features the latest technologies, allowed us to participate in various demonstrations and technical seminars, as well as learn more about the industry 4.0 and how it is being applied in Amada's production processes. All with the aim of optimising the efficiency, quality and sustainability of production.
The visit has allowed us to reaffirm our mission: to continue offering highest quality and precision to our customers, incorporating the latest in technological innovation. This knowledge will help us improve our production processes, increase efficiency and, above all, continue to develop products and services that adapt to the changing needs of our customers.
For our customers, this translates into greater competitiveness, short delivery times and an even higher quality in every project we undertake. We are proud to be able to apply the knowledge acquired during this visit, further strengthening our commitment to the innovation, the effectiveness and the sustainability.
At R&G Metal Shaping, we firmly believe that continuous learning and constant improvement are essential to delivering the best possible service. We would like to thank Loved for this incredible opportunity and we are excited to put all these new ideas and technologies into practice for the benefit of our customers.
The celebration includes symposiums, discussions and conferences, both in person and virtual. Design professionals share stories, experiences and new trends, enriching design knowledge.
Thanks to all industrial designers for their creativity and contribution to the progress of our society. Happy World Industrial Design Day!
