R&G Metal Shaping is a company dedicated to metal forming (precision engineering) in carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.

We focus our activity on subcontracting for different sectors, especially the following sectors: pharmaceutical, aerospace, food, industrial laundry, packaging, and construction, both in the national and international market. At R&G Metal Shaping we are specialists in the manufacture of short, medium, and long series.

We have state-of-the-art machinery which, together with our constant innovation and the implementation of Industry 4.0, as well as the QRM (Quick Response Manufacturing) methodology, allows us to be an agile organisation to face irregular, changing and unpredictable demand environments.

We bet to offer the highest quality and precision in front of the needs of our customers. For this reason we are certified in ISO 9001:2015 for quality assurance, ISO 14001:2015 for the environment, EN1090-3, ISO 3834 welding, EN9100 aerospace and defense.

We are committed to society and the territory, collaborating with Higher Education Institutes and Universities, welcoming students in DUAL training, in training and learning contracts, and in internship contracts, in order to train the professionals of the future and promote labor insertion among young people. The 80% of students who have completed their internships at R&G Metal Shaping are part of our workforce once they have completed their studies.
